FAQs

How do I place my order?


After browsing our product catalogue, simply add the items you wish to purchase into your Shopping Cart by clicking on add to cart located on the product info page.

You may edit or remove items at any time by clicking on My shopping cart located on top of the page.

After completing your shopping, access your Shopping Cart, review your cart, and then checkout with the items you currently have in your cart. You will then choose your shipping method (We offer different shipping methods with different rates) .

The next step will be to choose a method of payment. After entering all the details of your preferred method of payment. The order confirmation page will follow and automatic confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

How can I add items to my shopping cart?


Search for the item you want to purchase. Once you are in the items page you can add the item by clicking on add to cart button and adjust the quantity through clicking on my shopping cart.

How can I remove items from my shopping cart?


Go to my shopping cart and either click on the items remove checkbox and then click on the Update Cart button found at the bottom of the shopping cart, Or to only edit the number of items in your Cart , simply change the items number and then click on Update Cart

How do I checkout?


After reviewing your cart content, simply click on the checkout button found on top of your page.

Do I need to create an account to order?


Yes. By creating an account, you will be able to shop faster, review your order status, track your package, and manage your orders.

My model is out of stock, when will I receive it?


Unfortunately we cannot always guarantee the availability of the your order. In some cases, your order will fail our pre-shipment testing. If that was the case, you will be notified immediately, and you will be given the choice to wait or cancel the order.

As mentioned in our policies, we will not charge your credit card until shipment.

Is it safe to shop / Is the ordering process secure?


Yes, TIMTECHS automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to our data processing server using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Can I cancel my order at anytime?


No, your order can only be cancelled before shipping. If your order has already been shipped, then you have to request a return number (RMA)

What name will appear beside the charge on my Credit Card Statement?


TIMTECHS.com or TIMTECHS LLC will appear on your credit card statement. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in US dollars. If you are using a non-USD card, then your payment card company will perform a currency conversion

How much do I have to pay for shipping?


We ship our packages through Federal Express (FedEx) 2-day ( 2-3 business days) or FedEx Ground ( 7-10 business days) . We do not offer overnight shipping.

Our shipping prices is calculated on the ACTUAL WEIGHT of your shipment , the TYPE OF SHIPPING SERVICE that you specify, and the ACTUAL PRICE of your shipment. Your price will be calculated and viewed after adding your product to your shopping cart

Note, the shopping cart can be edited at any time


What shipping Method do you use?


TIMTECHS.com uses FedEx as the primary carrier for most items; FedEx 2-day ( 2-3 business days) or FedEx Ground ( 7-10 business days) .

TIMTECHS.com do not offer overnight shipping.

Can you ship my items to a different address (Work/Business address) ?


If you wish to ship the item to a different address such as your work address, simply contact your bank and add the shipping address to your account, or contact one of our agents for an exception.

If you are making your payment via wiretransfer , then we can ship the item to any address indicated by the customer.

When will you charge my Credit Card?


We DO NOT CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT until we have SHIPPED your order!

Do I have to pay taxes?


For Canadian customers a pre-paid customs fees will be added to your total. As for US customers, you do not have to pay any taxes or custom fees.

How can I track my order?


When your order is dispatched, our shipping department will send you an email including your tracking number and carrier info.

Simply log into your account or carriers website ( ex. www.fedex.com ) and track your package.


Do you test the model before shipment?


Yes, TIMTECHS tests all model before shipment and you should not receive any DOA models (Defective on Arrival).

How do I calculate shipping cost?


Shipping will be calculated at the checkout point, and it will be displayed in the shopping cart summary.

When will I get my order?


Your order is reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are the authorize.

Once your order has passed the review it is sent to our warehouse for shipment.

Please note, credit card processing can take up to 2 business days

The following are expected travel times after the item leaves our warehouse. Please confirm warehouse lead times as they can vary from 24 hours to 48 hours, given that the item is in stock.

FedEx Ground: 7-10 Business days.
FedEx Priority: 2-3 Business Days

Do I have to sign for my package?


YES! For security reasons, all shipments require a signature at the receiving location.

Whats the Payment Method Accepted?


Timtechs currently accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Wire Transfer.

We DO NOT CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT until we have SHIPPED your order!

Credit Card and Paypal Payments


We accept both credit card and paypal payments. In both cases , your shipping address has to match your credit card billing address ( Paypal confirmed address)

If you wish to ship your package to your business address/Work address , please contact one of our agents for an exception. If you use another address as your shipping address , it will be marked as an Unconfirmed Address ,and one of our agents will contact you to inform you of this case.

Wire transfer


If an order is paid via wire transfer, Timtechs will ship the package to any location indicated by the Customer.

TIMTECHS will ONLYreserve the stock upon receipt of a wire confirmation and will ship out the order once the funds are settled in the bank.
