I have had this phone for 3 months & it has been one of the worst phones I have ever had. It freezes every time I send a text for about 1 minute & when I receive a text it appears in the inbox for a while then later on in the day it is no longer in the inbox or it has been replaced by another text that I received on my phone & deleted a few days ago? I've also been told that there is no way of fixing the problem as there is no software updates to fix this error? Has anyone else had similar faults with there W810i? I think the best phones to buy these days are the budget phones with little gadget on them as they don't seem to go wrong? You can't beat the good old Nokia 3310 or 3210, they were my favorite phones!

Had this phone for a week now and it is brilliant!!! Not prone to freezing like a nokia, and has better sound quality. Pictures taken with the camera is excellent on screen and on my computer.

Fantastic phone, I've had mine for about 18 months now & I am not thinking of changing it. The Walkman, as many have said is amazing & the sound quality beats my iPod hands down. You can store lots of tracks & the radio sounds great & bassy, too. The Camera is fine (although I don't use it much). There is tons of memory space. I have quite a few albums, lots of pictures & about 50 odd games stored. The only signs that my phone has been as well loved as mine has are that there is a small scratch on the screen,

Finally I got the W810i, after long research & hunt for a good mobile having:

- A good camera
- A good music player + FM
- Adequate storage space
- Not Heavy Weight
- Decent backup
- Not very expensive
- A good reputation in the Market !

have been waiting ages for this phone, expencting it to be outstanding after having the sony ericsson k750i, but sadly it isnt, the features and specification is basically the same, but lacks features like a radio, which i often use. the design is nice, being small and slim and comfortable to hold, and the text buttons are easy to use, but i hate the main directional buttons just under the screen, they make a loud clicking noise every time you use them, the select button in the middle wobbles about, and sticks out enough to be a joystick, which are hard to use. NO NEED TO GET THIS PHONE, EXACT SAME AS K750I ETC.. THIS IS WAY OVER PRICED AND I AM GOING TO WAIT UNTIL THE SONY ERICSSON K800I COMES OUT WITH AMAZING FEATURES LIKE 3.2 MEGA PIXEL CAMERA!!!
