Warranty & Return Policy

14 day Guarantee against defects


Everything you buy from TIMTECHS.com is backed by our 14 day Guarantee against defects.

  • TIMTECHS will repair the product or replace the product for a new one
    All our models are tested before shipping. However, If your purchase fails* during normal usage* within the first 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, we will repair the product, if it is not repairable , a replacement will be honored to the same model.

  • TIMTECHS can reject the model if
    -The seals on the product have been tampered
    -The IMEI on the phone has been removed
    -The software of the phone has been changed by means of flashing the OS, re-programming the phone, or any other alteration.

    *Fails/Defective: Cannot place phone calls (Not network related issue) , Cannot send text messages. Language version, firmware version and keypad are not considered defective (all models include English keypad and language)

  • If you are not satisfied with a product within the first 5 calendar days from the date of receipt:


  • TIMTECHS will offer a Full Refund or Exchange.We will offer a full refund* or exchange Provided that the product is in brand new condition (factory sealed, Unused, Contains all instruction books, cords, accessories, and any other items that were originally included with the product) All merchandise is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear and tear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. If the model has been used* a restocking fee** will apply under numerous circumstances. No returns requests will be accepted after 5 calendar days from receipt date unless defective* .

    *Full Refund: Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, TIMTECHS will refund your purchase price, minus shipping, handling, gift packaging, applicable restocking fees, import fees and/or any other charges. TIMTECHS is not responsible for shipping charges on returns unless if the model is defective then we will cover shipping charges up to a maximum of $20.00 USD when sending the item back to us for repair or exchange

    **Restocking Fee: All returned items for refund are subject to a 15-30% restocking fee depending on usage and current market price. (There will not be restocking fee on defective items or unopened packages).

    All our models are tested before shipping. However, If you received defective* or incorrect merchandise*, TIMTECHS will cover shipping charges up to a maximum of $20.00 USD when sending the item back to us for exchange or refund, a copy of the shipping receipt has to be mailed / faxed/ or emailed to us.


    If you wish to return a defective* product for a full refund*, a 10% re-stocking fee will apply.

    TIMTECHS will charge a 20% restocking fee if the product is missing instruction books, original box, or software CDs. Missing cords, accessories, or any other items that were originally included with the product will be charged separately at market price.

    TIMTECHES offers FULL support for ALL orders under TIMTECHS one-year warranty. However, if you chose not enrolling with our warranty, then you will need to contact the manufacturer directly for tech support and replacement procedures.

    Where do I get support for my purchase?


    Timtechs does provide end-user technical support on any of the items that it sells under the first 14 days ( if not enrolled with our warranty) , However, if the customer is enrolled with our one-year warranty , then he will receive support until expiry. For warranty service after Timtechs 14-day return policy contact the product manufacturer, using the contact information included in the package, or found on the product manufacturer's website.

    If you are unable to get support from your GSM Service Provider on configuring your added services such as GPRS, MMS, SMS, internet setting and any other service, you can contact our support department for help. In most of the cases, we are able to provide easy to follow steps on how to configure your phone. (ONLY orders under the first 14 calendar days)

    Other important return information


    All return product is subject to the approval by the seller. Returned items without an approval RMA (Return Material Authorization) number from the seller will not be processed

    Firmware versions are shipped randomly unless the customer has made prior request. All keypads will support both alphabetic and numeric character. However, some versions will include additional language characters. Customer should put down all their requests on their Purchase Order. Once the package has been shipped, no exchange (without a restocking fee) will be granted on language version, firmware version and keypad choices. Any shipping and handling expenses result on those returns without approval will be responsible by the buyer.

    All our models are tested before shipments and are all sealed after testing. In some cases, the customer might receive broken seals due to custom inspections. Broken seal will not be accepted as a return unless the model received is defective.

    Upon receiving the potential defective item from the buyer, the seller will examine and test for the defective claim that was made by the buyer. Unless the seller can reproduce the same fault indicated by the buyer, otherwise the return will not be accepted.

    In the event of returning the product, buyer is fully responsible for the products safety return to us. Item must be received within 14 days after the issue of RMA. The returned merchandise should include the RMA number that was issued by the TIMTECHS, buyers full name, shipping address, contact phone number, and the reason for return. All accessories and manual must also be included inside the package as the buyer originally received it. Returned merchandise should be double boxed and well packed. Any missing parts, damaged items or inappropriate information will not be accepted. Any unidentified return, which is aged over 14 days, TIMTECHS, will have the right to dispose such item without notifying the buyer. No replacement will be issued on those unidentified return once it has been disposed. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
